Amazing stay! Would’ve stayed longer but no available rooms left for the duration on my trip. The room was beyond expectations, bed was very comfortable, cable and smart TVs, floor to ceiling windows, with power curtains. All staff was great. Guest policy was fine, holds the building at a higher standard.it’s Quite and family friendly. The low star reviews are nonsense. I will be booking again and recommending this place to others

The location was excellent. The room was clean and modern with high quality products for use. While the view was not the one we were expecting that was advertised, we still enjoyed it. It was advertised as a much higher up view but being on floor 4 we only saw trees and no city view. Other than this however, it was a great, comfortable stay.

It was a really nice hotel a couple of months ago water pipe from air conditioner flooded in the floor. I have the iPhone by in the floor charging it no longer works. I have a battery charger that got wet they offered no compensation would not change rooms and turn the air conditioner back on

Loved it. Amazing apartment, in a relatively quiet and tourist-friendly safe area of Medellin but just a few mins from the bustling poblado. Will stay here again, hopefully for much longer.

Check in was super easy and smooth, cafe downstairs was awesome for a quick cafe pick me up after a long day of trave. Location was super convenient and the room was fantastic with an amazing veranda to enjoy a drink with a view. Only drawback were the pillows as they were large and the early morning gym noise from a class that was being held in the first floor gym. Considering everything, the place was an amazing value and I would definitely stay here again.

I loved the unit. It’s so spacious it gives apartment condo vibes. The view is amazing. The TVs are smart TVs. Jonathan at the front desk over night is the best. He will help you with whatever you need.

The room was clean, and the housekeeping staff was friendly and took good care of it. I booked 7 days in this hotel, and my room was for two people per night. My plan was to stay the first day/night with my sister as she was in town, and the rest of the 6 days with my mom. However, the hotel management made me pay an extra $80 for my sister to stay that night, even though only two people were staying in the room. They insisted that the same two people had to stay for the entire duration, which seemed odd to me. I tried to explain to them that my room was for two people, and as long as two people were in the room, I was in compliance with the agreement. Unfortunately, they didn't see it that way. It was an awful experience with the management, and I will never stay there again.

Excellent hotel apartment. Brand new and 5 star class furniture and bedding etc.
